“Before starting this challenge I had an awful relationship with food. I would starve myself all day whilst teaching because I was ‘too busy’ to make my lunch of a morning or the night before, and when I would come home From teaching all day, I would binge eat crisps, toast, chocolate, noodles anything I could basically get my hands on! I would then have an over whelming amount of guilt. It was an awful cycle! I had tried every slimming tea, detox, shake going.
It got to the point where I was putting so much weight on I was becoming uncomfortable in my own skin! I didn’t recognise myself anymore! I felt ugly, my clothes wouldn’t fit, I was so ashamed of how much I’d let myself go. My anxiety was at an all time high!
